Custody question.
My ex wife just recently got married to a man in the military. She now wants to move our daughter 3 hours away from me where he is stationed. We have a decree in place that states that she can’t leave the county that we reside in. So she is taking it back to court to try and get the judge to lift the geographical restriction. I am going to fight it with everything I have but what are the chances that the judge will allow her to move with my daughter? My daughter doesn’t want to go but of course her mom doesn’t care what she wants.
Anybody have any idea?
