Best prenatal vitamin???

This is my first pregnancy. What are the best prenatal vitamins to take? Dosage?

I am the type of person who gets nauseated when I take vitamins. Mostly if I haven't eaten or only had a light snack! Until...... I started taking plant based vitamins. I personally used New Chapter Prenatal and I've heard great things about a couple previously mentioned... Rainbow and Vita something. My Dr highly reccomended taking methylated folic acid. She said some people don't absorb as much on the regular form a d we all know it's super important for baby growing!

The gummies ones are the ones I recommend. I couldn't keep down any of the pill ones I tried. I made my husband try one of my Similac prenatals when I was pregnant cuz he said I was overreacting about how sick they made me, and not even 10 mins after he tried it he was throwing up lol so from then on he bought me the gummies (at the time he was the breadwinner and had to buy everything)

Your doctor usually prescribes the best for you and what you need. Especially since there are a whole bunch of different kinds for some different reasons. And every woman and her pregnancy is different

Check with your doctor. I told mine we were trying and she gave me a prescription. Plus they turn out to be free at my local pharmacy.
