I miscarried for the 3rd time 😔

So I recently miscarried for the 3rd time. I have 2 boys but before my 1st boy I miscarried then again after him and now this time after my 2nd boy. This last pregnancy was a surprise as my 2nd baby is only 8 months, but we were so excited. 1st appointment was great we heard the heartbeat and all and then the 2nd appointment our baby no longer had a heartbeat 💔, the baby stopped developing. There are days where I want to just cry, I dont know why this keeps happening I almost feel like it's a pattern. I know our time will come to have another, but I am also very scared. What if it happens again.
