Milk supply down or...?

I'm 3 weeks pp and have noticed a huge decline in my milk supply. I used to nurse baby and then pump only twice a day and would get close to 8 ounces total but now I'm only getting maybe an 1/2 oz to 2 oz. I started pumping after every feeding again to see if that'll help but still only getting very little milk. Is that just my milk supply regulating? Is baby still get enough even though I'm not pumping much out?

If baby is having enough wet diapers and gaining weight you’re making enough milk.
Baby is more effective than a pump, so seeing your pump supply go down really doesn’t mean much if you’re also directly latching. Your supply is also probably regulating at this time, which some moms mistake as a decrease in supply.

It’ll take about 4 weeks for your milk supply to regulate, and it’s not recommended to even start pumping until 4 weeks.

I’m in the same situation 3 weeks pp too ! Very curious baby nurses more and longer now so I imagine he’s getting enough
