Me and my s/o finally went to get tested after 7 years. After all the blood work and physical exam, I seem to be normal but his semen analysis was not good. His sperm count is under 1 million and the little that was there, more than half were abnormal and had poor mobility and moved slowly. He smokes and finally says he will stop because the doctor told him that smoking definitely doesn’t help his situation. Besides quitting smoking, he wants to take vitamins/supplements that can help increase his sperm count and sperm quality. I’ve been seeing soooo many fertility supplements online but is there anyone who has had 1st hand experience with a particular one that can say it worked for you? If so, please comment!
