My entire pregnancy I have been constipated!

I was earlier in pregnancy, bad. My doctor told me to drink a little milk of magnesia to get things moving and then take some Miralax every day to keep me regular. I also upped my fiber intake and between all of that, I have had minimal issues with it since 13 weeks or so. I’m 33 weeks now.

My anti nausea medication is the reason I’m having issues. Also I have IBS so that’s not helping much either. Tried laxatives and softeners but they don’t help 🤦🏼‍♀️

I did until I started taking probiotics! Worked wonders! Good luck!

I put flax seeds in my breakfast every morning. Those little guys keep you super regular

I still go everyday but they are smaller so everything is slowing down. Is that still considered constipation? 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 ldk
