Need advice between round 2 iui or ivf

Ok ladies, I had a talk with my dr this afternoon. We are trying our first IUI this month and what our game plan is after this. So if I'm not preggers (had a mc last dec) then do we try again with iui or go straight to IVF. Of course hubs is fine and I have PCOS and can never get rid of my cysts. So the dr doesn't want to do IVF unless my body is either clear of all cysts which it never has been in 2 years or a cyst smaller than 2. Now the push for the decision, hubs insurance might change next year and we might lose our 10k coverage for IVF. So it needs to be dome this year, she said we could do a second IUI and the IVF but it will be tight and that's if my body actually responds like it should which it never has. So what should I do a second round of IUI or go for IVF
