Antibiotics and early ovulation

Has anyone ever heard of/experienced antibiotics causing early ovulation? I started on Biaxin on 8/31 for an ear infection. My cycles are like clockwork normally. I’m not supposed to ovulate until 9/7 but I had heavy EWCM the last few days so I took an OPK on 9/3 and it was positive. Thoughts?
