Rest after Frozen Embryo Transfer??!

Question

Im in a situation where I can rest only on the day of embryo transfer and the day after it. The 3rd day after transfer, I have a 2 hour drive to the airport and a 5 hour plane travel.Im worried it will hinder implantion, but i have no choice :( pls give me some positive stories of successful FET with minimal rest?

I went to work the next day. I was told it was good to move around to help blood flow.

Will have similar case . I pray it won’t affect it . Tomorrow is my transfer and I will be traveling the next 2days but 1hr Journey and coming back the next day .
