Pains in right ovary & lower back

Hello ladies!

I'm experiencing a sharp, burning pain in what seems to be the area of my right ovary, and in my lower back. Does anyone know if this means anything or if I'm just overthinking? Lol. I'm four days dpo if that helps anything! Thank you so much in advance!
