Hi ladies! I'm new to this and wanted to see if anyone has been through a ultrasound mid cycle (I'm CD 16) today and go in this afternoon for bloodwork and an ultrasound to see if I have ovulated yet. My dr prescribed me clomid to begin next cycle if I dont conceive this cycle. My question is if i haven't ovulated but my eggs are mature, is it possible she might want to give me a trigger shot? I have heard different things about them but thought you had to be on clomid to get the trigger?

Any info would be awesome! Thanks!
