VBAC stories?

Anyone planning on having a vbac despite the doctor not on board? Or anyone have a success story? I'm always leaving my doctors discouraged because I know my first csection was me being young and I gave up!! Went to a full 10 pushing and all and just said nope let's go to operation!? That was 6 years ago

With my son I had an emergency csection within 10 mins of being at the hospital a year later I delivered my daughter vbac after 6 hours. Comparing both my experiences recovery from a csection is far worse. I have a baby due in November and am hoping to have a vaginal delivery again. It was a much better experience for me.

I had a emergency c section 6 years ago due to our blood pressure dropping. This time around I’m looking at vbac since my health is good, & I’m excited. Especially being that my scar is healed.

I had an emergency c section with my son at 17. Got pregnant with my daughter at 20 and I had to do my research for a VBAC friendly OB. Found one and she was amazing.! My water broke exactly at 39 weeks around 5pm the next morning my daughter’s heart rate would drop with every contractions so she said she had one more trick up her sleeve to get me to deliver normal. She told the nurses to turn me on my sides every hr. I was able to get my VBAC. 😊 c section to normal delivery was literally a day and night. I’m hoping this baby I can have another VBAC.

I'm planning a Vbac after an emergency C-section. After almost 30 hrs of labor and being 9cm my 8lb 7 oz baby girl would not fit. I had one vaginal birth already too so hopefully everything goes according to plan. Good luck to you too!
