Ovulation Help

If any of you ladies can give input on my chart it's much appreciated. I've been so irregular I don't know what's going on half the time. I thought I ovulated CD13 but had NO ewcm and then my temp dropped again starting CD19 with loads of ewcm and it hasn't spiked up yet. Let me know what you think thank you!
