Prenatal vitamin while ttc

I’m ttc been taking the prenatal for about a week now I am also in my fertile window week ovulating tomarow today I ate before and after I took the pill and I didn’t feel like I was going to puke I felt really gaggy a little while after taking it and I actually did gag a few times and was fine then it came on again and then I felt fine
