False positive but...

So I went to the doctor today and it was a false positive that I got on Sunday. But she said that if I still have symptoms in 10 days to come back in. But I've already been feeling like this for a week now. My symptoms are swollen tender breasts, nausea with vomiting, lower back pain, headaches and a pain in my stomach that moves. What do you ladies think? I'm 5 days away from my period. I've never had symptoms like this before my period. I took a test today at the doctor it was negative. She also said I could be in the early stages of pregnancy and might just be having discomforts with it.
