neighbors dog pooping on your lawn

so we live in a townhome. in front of each home there is a bit of lawn. so we recently got new neighbors (not next door, but one door over). they have a very big dog and there is currently like 5 huge piles of poop by my house. we know it's those neighbors because my husband was walking our dog at night and he said it was super awkward coming inside our house while her dog was pooping literally 5 feet if that, from our door. he didnt say anything to her cuz maybe she forgot to bring a bag one time or whatever, which makes sense but she should pick it up later when she gets a bag. anyways, what should I do? I haven't seen her outside yet and dont feel comfortable knocking on their door about that lol.. or should I just call the management office and have them deal with I? in our lease it states that its 25$ fine per dog poop incident haha.. it's just super annoying cuz her dogs head is bigger than my whole dog (4 pound yorkie) and I still pick up my dogs poop (which is the size of a cheeto puff 😂😂😂).iit's super gross because its windy here in Oklahoma and everytime I go outside and open my door I get hit with the crap smell 😑😑😑 advice?
