Blocked Tubes

I have had two ectopic pregnancies back to back which resulted in losing my right tube and then thankfully my left was able to be saved as it was caught early and I was given a shot. My one tube that’s left is most likely blocked still .. Anyone know of a way to unblock it without doctors or surgery? Has anyone had this happen and successfully had a baby after?
