Ectopic pregnancy

Hey sorry, there's someone here who has had a pregnancy outside of the womb and you can share with me what the signs you have , what week it started and if you remember what your hcg hormone level was for the first time? I I’m 6+5 week now . I have pain in my lower abdomen on the right side. It happens at least once a day and lasts for a few seconds. I did a blood test. I did hcg test exactly 4 weeks and it was 858. The doctor said it was okay and did not have to repeat the test , I’m worried
