Has anyone gotten pregnant naturally after trying for over two years?

If you did get pregnant naturally after two years, did you do anything special that month?

Answer

I tried pre-seed the first time I got pregnant but sadly it ended in miscarriage. Currently pregnant right now and I didn't do anything special.
