I have had a sharp, stabbing pain in my right ovary for 6+ months. It follows with cramps, and my cycle is irregular.

There have also been many days where I've felt nauseous all day and food didnt help.

I've gone to the ob/gyn and they referred me to get an ultrasound, I did, and they said everything looks fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Now, I did get the ultrasound when I had no pain.

This pain comes every month, sometimes lasts a week, and goes away for a week or two, and comes back.

I have Mirena, but she said it looks like it's in perfect placement.

Anyone have any clue what to do?! The pain is excruciating and is the worst pain I've ever felt, and it stops me in my tracks.

I dont know how many more months I can endure it.
