How far along be for telling others your pregnant?

We wont be announcing untill we find out the gender. So around 18 weeks or so. I misscarried March 29th, we announced super early, then had to go back and tell everyone what happened. We are keeping our 5 year old son in the dark about it as well this time around. Only my husband and 2 friends know.
