I don’t really understand what it means. I’d love to see a comparison between a biphasic and triphasic chart from a real person! Or an explanation lol. And what exactly does it mean if you get a triphasic chart?!

A triphasic chart will have 3 distinct levels, with the bbt jumping up and staying elevated twice in the cycle. Once at ovulation, and it’s assumed once at implantation. It’s most common in cycles which end in a BFP but it’s no guarantee of pregnancy.
