BBT only tells you that you’ve already ovulated??

So if that’s the case, then what’s the best way to tell you when you’re about to so you know when to BD?!?! This whole TTC thing is confusing!! Lol

Ovulation strips.

It has a percentage on certain days and I’ve noticed it has higher percentages two days and higher a day before ovulation.  Use OPK though as this app is just a predictor, moon phases and body changes can vary ovulation time.

It’s a way to confirm the you ovulated and that you bd‘ around the right time. The first month I did ovulation strips and bbt I got my positives. I also am very specific about my timing to bd when I use ovulation strips but I know I usually have 2-3 days of positive OPK’s.
