Does Pre-seed lubricant actually work?

Hey guys, I've been married to a wonderful man for 2 years been together 5. We recently started ttc again after a couple attempts in the past. I found this new product Pre-seed personal lubricant which is sperm friendly. I've read alot of success stories. What I'm wondering is of anyone has used it and got a BFP. I hope it works for us but I dont want to get my hope's up.

It work for me after one month I use it in July got pregnant I’m 6 weeks pregnant it work for most women

3rd cycle using it! My husband doesn’t like it much so tried coconut oil also this cycle which can be used as natural lube and he preferred it. I definitely liked the texture more when inserted over used on the exterior (like traditional lube).
