Does anyone else have this issue
Living and growing up in a family that relies mostly on junk food. I remember when I was little I was having McDonald’s mostly 6 days a week for weeks. It’s what’s made me completely ashamed of my body, I’m only 17 but I weigh around 12 or 13 stone and I know it’s not okay for my health but I want to make that change. and i DONT blame my parents but it’s not fair that I’m still sort of ‘groomed’ into eating bad foods just because it’s the only food we have..
I used to have around 6 or 7 cans of coke a day too, I think I became mostly addicted and dependant on food that during school I was mostly Binge eating due to stress, I’ve not made as much progress as I want but I need tips of what foods I can have to make myself. I absolutely love my vegtables and fruit so I’m open to any possible food selections you guys would eat and how much I should eat a day. I dont want to really calorie count as I’m also gonna start going gym again , thanks!
