So my baby boy spits up and drools a lot, he has neck rolls and stuff keeps getting trapped in them. ive been trying to stay ahead of it and making sure its dry and clean but hes starting to developing this (see picture below) and ive tried putting everything from diaper rash cream (as suggested by his dr.) to bibs, to daily washes to keep it from developing and getting worse. I was hope somone has an idea of what to do because i dont know how to help anymore. My baby wouldnt turn his head so this is just the start of it and it go's along the underside of his neck.
