How do I keep periods from leaking down wings? Is this just me and does this happen to other people? It’s so annoying because it not like it’s even that full and it always ends up on my pants

I’m the same! For some reason mine goes to the sides rather than just staying in the middle or going to the back/front and i know I’m putting it on right but it still does it 😩

Same, I usually double up with tampon and pad :/ sucks

try pads that are more absorbent or maybe tampons....if neither of those are an option just change out your pad more often

I usually just change them more frequently on my heavier flow days. I totally hate when that happens...so annoying and gross
