Okay guys I need some pointers here. I’m a week late on my period and I took a test and it said negative. But im extremely thirsty alllll the time , and fatigue . I’ve also had gotten nauseous a couple times & a few days before my period I had cramps as if I was about to start my period but then the next day rolled around and I haven’t had any sign of my period since then and that was over a week ago. Can I be pregnant with a negative test ? I’m getting mixed signals bc the negative test threw me off a little bit. Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
