Is it normal to feel flu like syptoms during ovulation? Like body aches, headache and serious fatigue?

Question

I've been having major body aches and fatigue and hot flashes right before and during my ovulation days. So much so that I'm thinking about going to the Dr. I'm not running fever. No change in diet (we eat pretty healthy). No change in sleep schedule. No change in my life of any sort!!! But for the past 4 or 5 cycles these symptoms have been getting worse during ovulation. It's frustrating and annoying!

I just recently started experiencing this in my 40s after childbirth.  I googled feeling like flu when ovulating. I'm going to track this in glow. But for 4/5 days I have felt flu ish plus terrible indigestion (and I never have any stomach issues ) . It is crazy. I don't know if there is a correlation.  Will keep tracking. Interesting to see others experience this too.

Feeling very Bloated just took ovulation test for three days there was lines and positive . Took one this a.m. and one line is different , and boy today I’m bloated and feel fever , im almost 39 and this really bothers me :/. Am I the only one who feels this 🤦🏻‍♀️

Actually some cycles this happens to me so I am not sure if I am actually getting sick or if it's because of ovulation. I did read that it could be autoimmune diseases or your body is more susceptible to getting sick because the immune system becomes weaker so fertilization can happen easier. So i am not really sure what to make of it.. maybe go to the doctor if it gets really bad ?

I’m ovulating today and feel so achy all over like I have the flu, my temp is 99.9 and it’s really annoying because Mother’s Day is tomorrow and my husband planned me a spa day and if I’m still feeling this awful I will have to post pone. I never had this until after I had my baby last year. If I ever ovulated I sure didn’t know about it. Now it’s so bad plus I’m breastfeeding my baby and so I’m just miserable because I’m not feeling myself and I want to be at my best for baby. 😭
