Early miscarriage symptoms?!

So this is my second pregnancy. My first pregnancy had no complications, besides a UTI in the beginning of it. But I was wondering what are some symptoms of a miscarriage this early on? I'm 6 weeks today. I'm worried because I haven't had an ultrasound done yet. I won't get one until 12 weeks. I do have some symptoms but nothing really substantial. Like no morning sickness. I might just be a lucky one. But is it possible to miscarry and without having substantial symptoms?

With my first pregnancy I had no morning sickness and now have a healthy 2year old. I've had 2 miscarriages since then and each were different.  This pregnancy I have a lot of nausea so I'm hoping it's a good sign for me. I'm sure you and the baby are fine:)

I too had a mmc same as you; no symptoms whatsoever and had I have a D&C. That was in April and I'm now 5-6 weeks along with hopefully a new healthy bean! Good luck to you all, it's a worrying time esp if you've been through it before but try and remain positive xx

However in your case I think you are just worrying a little too much. I understand we all fear loss but worrying about it isn't going to prevent it from happening. Usually early on in pregnancy you will bleed and have very painful cramps.  One ultrasound is the norm when you have a low risk pregnancy.

The answer is yes. It is possible to miscarry without any symptoms. I miscarried at 16.4 weeks with no symptoms besides a lack of heartbeat. I has to have surgery to remove baby because my body wasn't recognizing the loss. Baby has died a few week earlier. It's called a missed miscarriage.
