6 weeks flu???

Question

I have woken up with a really awful flu and I'm just wondering if it could be linked to my current stage in pregnancy?

From week 7-9 every night from 7pm-11pm I would get what felt like the flu
Fever - dizzy - gassy - soft stool- low appetite- gagging - head ache - and sometimes a runny nose 
It was my version of morning sickness...

Your immune system is greatly lowered in Pregnancy making it easier to catch infection meaning it will take longer for your system to fight it. It’s nothing to do with the stage of Pregnancy. I’m 29 weeks and got a terrible cold and a one year old to run after lol. Hope you feel better soon.
