FTM- Where do I start when shopping for a NB?

Im a first time mom and Im wanting to start buying more stuff for my baby boy. My husband and I want to start buying the essentials and what hes really going to start needing for the first couple of months. Ill insert a picture of everything I have so far. Im pretty much winging all of this so any input helps thank you!

I waited to see what our families would get for our baby shower, we ended up not needing clothes, and were set on newborn and size 1 diapers for sure, we got a lot of wipes too. My parents got a jogging stroller/carseat combo; and my brother got our bassinet. So I feel comfortable where were at without needing to buy everything ourselves. I've only bought a few diapers and wipes because I had good coupons for Pampers 😆 for me building up a good registry helped control my need to shop. The only thing we might go back and get is a carrier, I have a weird fixation about the strangers who always seem to come up and touch babies they dont know, Drives. Me. Nuts. 
But if you aren't planning on doing a shower you should still make a registry for family and friends. I made mine online at Walmart, it gives you a checklist to browse for essentials. People can have things shipped to your house for free, and if they order online it will actually show you who ordered what and keeps track of what has been purchased.
Also, I do want to add everyone bought us clothes, but literally NO ONE bought the baby detergent to wash them in lol. I used a gift card we got at the shower to buy that and some baby hangers, so if you do want to stock up on something: Dreft! It's so much more expensive than the "normal" detergents, but its necessary because babies have sensitive skin with perfumes and things at first.
