I'm not sure if this is normal or not but here goes. I came off the pill 2 years ago now and ever since then I get 1 week out of the month with no pain/cramps. The rest theres always something going on- bloating, nausea, cramps that switch from the left and the right sides. They obviously get more intense the closer my period gets and then I get the usual period cramps during.

I always just thought the cramps before my period were ovulation cramps but I'm scared that I maybe cysts or something.

What everyones cramps like?
