Suspicious ??

My boyfriend sleeps with his phone is his pocket most nights. Would you think that’s suspicious or am I just over thinking it??

I sleep with mine under my pillow. It doesnt mean anything.

Is this something he’s always done, or is this a new development? Is there anything else suspicious such as him getting upset if you ever touch it, ect? 
If this is how it’s always been and nothing else is out of the ordinary either, then it seems he just has weird habit
