Posting again lip tie?

I posted this yesterday and got two replies so I need more opinions. I’m going to see a lactation consultant today. Does this look like lip tie?

My daughters looked like this. I showed the doctor and lactation consultant. They recommended leaving it alone because it wasn’t affecting her nursing/gaining weight. We didn’t do anything to it and now as a 19 month old, she grew out of it. It also never affected her top teeth (didn’t cause a gap). If it’s not causing an issue with nursing, no need to worry. If there’s negative side effects from it, definitely reach out to your doctor.
