Back ache?

Question

Does anybody else’s back hurt ridiculously bad yet. Everybody is like omg you still have so far to go! Between heartburn, nausea, back aches I’m just ready for this baby to be out!! Come on January! 
Any tips, tricks, etc.

My back hurts constantly! I even wake up sometimes because of it. I’ve been having back pain + sciatic nerve pain since the first trimester. My doctor says it can be because of my size (I’m 4’10) and because I have an anterior placenta. I got one of those maternity belts in the mail today so I hope it works, there’s pregnancy belts on amazon for $20 with great reviews

My heartburn started last week with a vengeance. I don't want to take anything so I'm trying to figure out my trigger foods. And back and hip pain have been my friend for a while. Lol. I sleep with my body pillow. And I'm trying to walk every night. It's really painful at first, but it seems to get better if I can stick it out. Also, I've been weeding shoes that aren't supportive enough. Having good days and bad days! But at least some days are better!

Yes!! Sometimes it’s middle from sitting in a Chair all day and sometimes it’s lower when I know she’s growing. I’ve started seeing a chiropractor!

Yes, so much lower back pain since week 10 and it's only getting more intense!! Been trying to do low impact back strengthening exercises but all I want to do is lay down all the time 😅
