Horrible pregnancy side effects 😭

So I’m 33 weeks and a couple days and the worst thing about this pregnancy is the constipation by even worse than that I’ve gotten multiple skin tags on my bikini line and one right on my pelvis kinda where my underwear sit too, anyone else gotten these?? Had them removed?? They are soooo embarrassing I don’t even want my boyfriend to look at me with these
