Only took half the day to have an offer on its first day of listing. Of course things aren’t final for another 20 days but I’m hopeful. We are going to rent in the community we want to be in so that my son can move schools only once. I’m thinking about renting a 2 bedroom and sharing our room with the almost 2 year old. It’s a temporary renting situation 6 months MAX! I’m so excited to get real closets and extra space!! Our house was built in the 60s no closets. We had planned on renovating but health problems among other things got in the way. Just ready to get a better space!
