Bloating

Hey y’all! I have been bloated since ovulation (which I normally am not). I’m 4 dpo and still bloated like my period is about to start. I’m still about 11 days away from when AF is supposed to start and typically don’t start noticing bloating until about 3 days before AF. Is this normal?
