Rash on breasts?

Hey ladies, do any of you get rashes like this? My PCOS recently started manifesting as hair growth on my chest and stomach (like a freaking teenage boy, I have to shave my cleavage regularly) but I also started getting these rashes. My doctor isn’t concerned about the hair growth but I forgot to bring up the rashes both times I’ve visited in the past few months. The last one left a scar.
