This is really hard for me.
I just had my 7th baby 4 months ago today. I am exclusively breastfeeding him. I homeschool all of my kis. Im finding it hard to get into an exercise routine. This is the biggest I have ever been and I feel really bad I don't want to be supper skinny. Any help/ideas on losing Weight would be greatly appreciate. Are current diet is meats, veggie, fruit and whole wheat items. We do not eat prossesed food. I only by food with simple ingredients in them. (Ones that I can pronounce).
