No period, negative pregnancy test

Super confused and nervous...

In my glow app says I'm 5 days late in my period, (i have regular and never have been late in my periods) normaly I would cramp a day after with light spotting and then start. So far nothing! I've tried another app and it says 3 days late too. I dont have no camping right now or spotting. The confusion is that I have tested and it come out negative (-). I tested before my expected date and now that I'm late and well... could I still be pregnant? Or is it normal to miss a period without been so??
