What is this???

So when I got home I breast fed my baby and she flared up like this I thought maybe the chemicals from work bc I work at subway so washed baby and me and everything I touched washed k my mom held her she seemed to be clearing up so it’s time to nurse again and here we are again I honestly don’t think I’ve eaten anything new or done anything different other than eat a sandwich yesterday at work and she doesn’t seem to be having no breathing problems at all or anything like that
