When to call the experts in? -PLEASE RESPOND

Couldnt believe i got a bfn at 13dpo

​My chart is the most amazing to has ever been!
​
​We have been trying for 5 months-now going on 6
​ 
​I lnow this isnt long or hits the 1yr mark ive read so much about but what else could we do???
​
​Ive been  
​Charting,tracking, temping, and bd every other day the week leading up to O and even for two days after O 
​
​ I have clear thermal shifts so I know I ovulate and i use cm checks to confirm too.
​
​But i started to spot today ..its still minimal but its getting more pink instead of brown  as thr day goes on w little to no cramping
​
​so whats the deal???
​my cycle range from 31-37 days and i ovulate any where from cd 19-23, so im sure we would catch it on time between all of the charting/temping 
​ 
​how r we missing it!?
​ i just dont understand.
​
​Should we go speak to my dr and  see what our options are?
​
​Its just becoming stressful and not fun and we are starting to think something is wrong (more than just having cysts)

I recently went to a new gyne & found out that I have PCOS and though I've had my hormones checked in the past as well as +opks I  don't ovulate :-/ I was tracking and peeing on sticks for months now after my last miscarriage with nothing but disappointing results and false hopes.   How I've gone for years with this condition is beyond me. Doc said my fertility is low and tho I got pregnant in the past it may have been "purely by chance". I have had one successful pregnancy prior to one miscarriage. My new ob has me on progesterone to trigger a cycle then I will be put on clomid which will force ovulation and hopefully we get baby #2 soon :-)

Update: dr is sending me for blood work and an hsg? Hubby being sent to have his army checked out

I wouldn't worry just yet, 6 months feels like a long time but when you actually think about it you have only had 6 chances of falling pregnant and even if you have sex at the right times it's not sure thing. There is no harm making an appointment to speak to your doctor and they may so some checks but if you are under 35 I doubt they will send you to fertility specialist until you hit 1 year. Try taking a lil break if it's getting abit to much x

Maybe you got implantation bleeding. Your chart looks fine - so be patient and wait 1 week - if AF doesn't show - take a test! FX for you!

Are you definitely out this month? Your chart looks great! Some people apparently don't get a BFP until a few weeks after AF is due - don't count yourself out yet!

It doesn't sound like you are doing anything wrong. Even if you always have sex at the right time it can take awhile to get pregnant. Maybe take a break from charting for a month- concentrate on having sex for fun. I think you can always talk to your doctor if your worried, but they might have you keep trying for a bit before doing tests. Worth a try though!

Where I'm from (australia) my doctor wouldn't refer me to a specialist until we had been trying for 12 months. What he did do though was send me for an ultrasound and we discovered I had PCOS. We kept trying ourselves for a further 4 months before we were referred to the specialist. All up it took us 16 months to get pregnant.

You can discuss it with your doctor to see if there is anything holding u back from getting pregnant. Good luck
