Ovulation ? Plz help me 😂

I haven't got my af yet am late I was suppose 2 come on the 24 of July but didn't i had a blood work and pee test and both came bk NEG so they said it can be stress so that wat i wad thinking 2 so that mean i can't ovulate rite and wat should i do going crazy can't relax myself I had 3 m/c my first one was 2003 and next 2 was after 8years down the line it's not mint 2 be rite
