What are the benefits with ttc?
Do you take it everyday, during ovulation and AF as well?
Which is better, the pill or liquid form?

I take it from cd 2 of my af all the way to ovulation, I also take the liquid from. I always take it at bed time

I took it starting cd 1 and got pregnant that cycle.. However I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks😔. I had my d&e on March 17 and I will be starting it day 1 when my cycle returns. I took the liquid and it gave me crazy energy and also boosted my iron level as is was low. Good luck to you😊

Hi Jessica! I took it for a full month. I bought the liquid form at Walgreens. But you can get it at Walmart too. It didn't work for me & I couldn't stand the taste so I quit taking it. I've heard pills are better. And it's supposed to be a blood thinner. I did however like the energy it gave me. It was better than coffee lol. Good luck! Just remember to Baby Dance every other day during your fertile week & on ovulation day! :) Baby dust!
