Is sleepytime tea safe in pregnancy?

I’ve mentioned to my doctors i drink this and chamomile and they didn’t bat an eyelash but tonight someone said they thought it wasn’t good to drink while pregnant?
I’m in week 28 of my pregnancy and have a very hard time sleeping

Basically, some people are terrified of herbal teas because they haven’t been “medically tested” to determine their safety in pregnancy.
There’s nothing at all to say it’s dangerous, I would personally keep drinking it.

Try unisom. It’s safe to take and it helps me sleep. I have insomnia (pre-pregnancy) so pregnancy sleep issues have kicked my ass since week 4! I have heard that chamomile isn’t safe, but honestly I have no idea why that is. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I just googled chamomile tea cause I have some that I love and want to drink it. It says you can drink it as ling as you dont drink more than one cup a day. But I would maybe bring it up to your doctor again if you concerned about it.
