Check with your doctor as there may be condtraindicatuon if you have certain medical conditions or medications. I can't take a multivitamin but take component parts, notably folic acid and vitamin D

Be careful as some contain iron, in a dosage only suitable for pregnant women...it could make you sick if you intake too much iron. Some prenatals don't have iron though so I'd think ones without are fine 😊. 
These First Response prenatal gummies have no iron and look tasty too!  Was considering buying them today as my regular prenatals I've been taking ran out but I need the iron as I am pregnant 😊.

I Started taking Prenatals December 2016 when we found out I was pregnant and didn't stop. Still taking them faithfully
