Early menopause, fertility issues

So recently I had some testing done as my family have a history of early menopause. They found my AMH to be really low and did an ultrasound and said my ovaries were looking pretty poor for a 22 year old. Essentially was told that I was likely to go through menopause in my late 20’s or earlier. This has been hard news to take but didn’t surprise me. I was told that

IVF

may not be the best option as multiple cycles would be needed and it’s an expensive option as the health care system does not count early menopause as a medical condition. I was told that having children sooner rather than later would be the best option and that having children within the next two years would be realistic. The issue is at 22 years of age I don’t feel ready and never pictured myself having children this young. Has anyone gone through something similar or have any advice?
