Belly support band?

Anybody found relief in belly support band. Only 16 weeks but so much back pain and discomfort in the hips already. 4the pregnancy

Following, my back and belly kill some days. Only pregnant with 1 baby, 2nd pregnancy after a miscarriage so I have no idea why it hurts so bad! 15 and a half weeks

Yes! I had one previous pregnancy and it really helped while walking. Sitting down with it isn't comfortable. I and I have a... don't know what it's called... like a pair of panties but without the crotch, that I drag up around the stomach.

I’ve read good things about kinesiology tape during pregnancy. I’m having a bit more back pain with this 2nd baby so I may just try it.

Yeah I got one with my first. Get a good one that is comfortable and breathable.

I read in am article that it was a waste of money. One of those items the push as a must have when you really dont. Not for sure though.
